YOGA; NOW, THEN AND FOREVER

Our school observed International Yoga Day (21st June 2025) with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event was organized to promote physical and mental well-being, and to highlight the importance of yoga in achieving a balanced lifestyle.

Yoga Sessions and Activities:

The day began with a series of yoga sessions conducted by our school Yoga instructor. Students and teachers participated in various yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. The sessions were designed to promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Students actively participated in the yoga sessions and demonstrated their newfound skills. Many students expressed their appreciation for the benefits of yoga and pledged to incorporate it into their daily routine.
